Ms. Faraj brings over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry to her post as a PhoCusWright analyst. Her career spans all divisions of sales, marketing, channel and distribution management divisions in the Middle East and Gulf. Mona started her career with Hilton International, then joined Rotana Hotels (newly established when she began in 1997 and now the leading regional hotel management company). Mona is currently holding the position of managing partner for Insights Management Consultancy LLC, which provides business consultancy services in the Middle East region for a wide spectrum of hospitality, tourism and service industry clients. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut.
